In this exciting role as a Manufacturing Manager, you will have responsibility for leading the production side of the Peripheral Vascular Health Operating Unit. You will gain experience with products across Medtronic’s portfolio, supporting your development and growth. This role reports to the Manufacturing Director overseeing and directing the work of a team of Production Supervisors. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
U.S. work authorization sponsorship (H-1B, TN, J, etc.) is offered exclusively for Principal-level roles and above, where specialized expertise aligns with long-term business needs. Roles below the Principal level require candidates to possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.

Nice To Haves

Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
Experience using lean tools and mechanisms to improve business and manufacturing processes
Experience in a high volume high mix environment
SAP and MES systems
Able to acquire high level of technical knowledge to problem solve issues
Can work closely with development partners to successfully launch new products
Versed in Quality Management Systems in a highly regulated industry
Extrusion Manufacturing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
Plans and administers procedures and budgets.
Makes budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function.
Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
