As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician at Alleima, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, reliability, and longevity of production equipment and facilities.

Requirements

  • Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Basic computer skills for maintaining digital records and utilizing maintenance management software.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and practices.
  • Certification or technical training in maintenance, industrial mechanics, or a related field.
  • A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections.
  • Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
  • Assist in installing new equipment and ensuring proper setup and functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance tasks.
