About The Position

Join our manufacturing teams as a Maintenance Manager, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability and operational uptime. You'll manage maintenance teams, optimize preventive maintenance programs, and partner with operations to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement. Leads the Maintenance Department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical preferred
  • Five years+ industrial experience in engineering and management, preferred
  • Management experience
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Investigates and troubleshoots all plant equipment.
  • Oversees process of procurement parts and inventory.
  • Scheduling and executing maintenance activities for plant to maximize availability of equipment.
  • Determines when shutdowns are necessary and estimates downtime.
  • Directs repair procedures and assists in defining extent of problem.
  • Plans and prepares work and shut down schedules.
  • Works with key plant personnel to accomplish maintenance schedule.
  • Communicates with vendors and manage facility projects.
  • Upholds the company values through training, coaching and counsel of personnel.
  • Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
  • All other tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned.
