Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Basic math skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the scheduled shift
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
Successfully complete a background check, physical examination, and pre-employment drug screen (marijuana excluded)

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Associate, Equipment Operator, or similar manufacturing role
Experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
Record production and quality data using computerized systems.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support efficient production.
Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Safely handle raw materials and finished products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
