Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production; in cabinetry is a must.
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work with speed and accuracy.
• A willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions with precision.
• Team-player mentality with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Basic mechanical know-how and problem-solving abilities and tape measure reading
• The ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds when required

Responsibilities

• Run CNC machinery and equipment like a pro, keeping production moving efficiently and safely.
• Assemble, inspect, or package our cabinets with precision to meet top-tier quality standards.
• Keep the production line running smoothly by monitoring workflow and minimizing downtime.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and strict safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
• Perform detailed quality checks to ensure every product meets excellence before shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Bring fresh ideas and participate in continuous improvement efforts to boost productivity.
