Manufacturing Associate
About The Position
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for ensuring that products are produced safely, efficiently and meet the required high-quality standards while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a team to achieve production goals while following all safety protocols. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the Operations department located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Build and assemble components for sub-assemblies and instruments to ensure optimal performance that meet high quality standards. Identify process improvements within work instructions and safety guidelines to improve and maintain a safe working environment. Lead troubleshooting activities and support training team members to increase cross-functional knowledge in Operations.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Comfortable working with hand tools such as torque drivers and cordless drills.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with focus on timely reporting.
- Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical component functions.
