About The Position
Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (“ACT”) is a leading manufacturer of thermal management products for diverse industries and applications, including National defense and security, Space exploration and utilization, Energy production and conservation, Human health and comfort, and AI Data center cooling. ACT is headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and operates three manufacturing facilities in Lancaster, PA, York, PA, and Anaheim, CA. We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Leader who can lead the rapid growth of our industrial product manufacturing operation. Visionary, Hands-on, and Attention to details are some of the most critical requirements for this high growth potential position. This Leader reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. The position is located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Requirements
- B.S. or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Ten or more years of experience in leading a growing manufacturing operation
- Direct experience with annual production quantity of one million or more at a unit price of at least $200 (an indication of production complexity)
- Experience with managing at least 100 production personnel
