Manufacturing Lead Team Tech 1st
About The Position
This role requires the ability to perform all functions of a Team Technician, with a strong understanding of procedures and the capability to execute all required changeovers. The position involves completing training assessments according to TS requirements and enforcing safety regulations, including suggesting improvements. The Manufacturing Lead Team Tech will also prepare and conduct informational Toolbox meetings as directed by the Team Leader, verify process records to ensure adherence to standards, and evaluate process rework/scrap, authorizing and recording dispositions according to established procedures. This role ensures compliance with the established rotation schedule and the 4S program, and is responsible for reporting machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
