About The Position

This role requires the ability to perform all essential functions of a Team Technician, demonstrating proficiency in procedures and changeover processes. The position involves completing training assessments, enforcing safety regulations with a focus on continuous improvement, and preparing and conducting Toolbox meetings. Key responsibilities include verifying process records for adherence to standards, evaluating and authorizing disposition for process rework/scrap, implementing rotation schedules, ensuring compliance with the 4S program, and reporting machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance.

Requirements

Ability to perform all required functions of a Team Technician.
Knowledgeable in procedures.
Able to perform all changeovers as required.
Completion of training assessments in conjunction with TS requirements.
Enforcement of safety regulations.
Preparation and conduction of informational Toolbox meetings.
Verification of process records.
Evaluation of process rework/scrap and authorization/recording of disposition.
Implementation of established rotation schedule.
Ensuring compliance of 4S program.
Reporting machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities
