Based in our Sidney, Ohio location, you will support and maintain the technology systems that keep production running efficiently, including computer systems, network equipment, manufacturing technology, and end-user devices. If you have experience troubleshooting hardware, software, or network issues and are passionate about delivering hands-on technical support, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on plant operations and business success.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Two (2)+ years of IT support experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting printers, scanners, wireless networks, and industrial devices.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and plant network infrastructure.
  • Support production and manufacturing systems by resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and system performance issues.
  • Partner with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure reliable performance of manufacturing technology and business systems.
  • Deliver technical support to plant personnel, manage help desk requests, and train users on approved technology solutions.
  • Support cybersecurity and compliance efforts, including user access management, security monitoring, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Assist with IT projects, asset management, system upgrades, equipment installations, and deployment of new technologies.
