Based in our Sidney, Ohio location, you will support and maintain the technology systems that keep production running efficiently, including computer systems, network equipment, manufacturing technology, and end-user devices. Requirements

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Two (2)+ years of IT support experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
Experience supporting printers, scanners, wireless networks, and industrial devices.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and plant network infrastructure.
Support production and manufacturing systems by resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and system performance issues.
Partner with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure reliable performance of manufacturing technology and business systems.
Deliver technical support to plant personnel, manage help desk requests, and train users on approved technology solutions.
Support cybersecurity and compliance efforts, including user access management, security monitoring, and vulnerability remediation.
Assist with IT projects, asset management, system upgrades, equipment installations, and deployment of new technologies.
