About The Position

Talent Shift, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Inventory Analyst for a client on a project basis. The role is hybrid and based out of Charlotte, North Carolina, or Chicago, Illinois. The analyst performs forecasting, financial reporting, and operational accounting analysis; evaluates manufacturing costs, trends, variances, and financial assumptions; and validates data to assess whether forecasts and assumptions are accurate. The role partners with operations and finance teams to provide actionable reporting and uses advanced Excel for analysis, modeling, and reporting. Applicants must reside in the continental United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Employment eligibility will be verified at hire; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
Background as a Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, or in a similar analytical finance role.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
Must reside in the continental United States.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future; employment eligibility will be verified at hire.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting, finance, or another related field.
