Inventory Analyst
About The Position
Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital is hiring a full-time Inventory Control Specialist in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The position establishes and maintains supply PAR levels and conducts stock analysis for warehouse and vendor-direct purchases. It performs physical inventory, compares daily usage with inventory levels, and balances quantities with department needs. The role monitors the cleanliness and sterility of the environment and coordinates daily operations to maintain supply availability. Some departments may require equipment cleaning. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of related experience. No specific certification or licensure is required. The stated full-time hourly base pay range is $19.78–$29.58; compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Additional compensation may include differentials, on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
