Manufacturing Facility & Line Design Engineer

Keurig Dr Pepper•,
•$96,800 - $150,000

About The Position

The Manufacturing Facility & Line Design Engineer supports the design, optimization, and long-term development of Keurig Dr Pepper’s manufacturing network. The role develops and maintains facility and production-line layouts, supports equipment-placement and expansion decisions, and establishes accurate, organized, and accessible CAD documentation for manufacturing facilities. Working with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, project teams, and external partners, the engineer translates manufacturing requirements into practical designs that integrate production lines, equipment, infrastructure, material flows, and supporting operations into existing facilities. The role also supports long-range network planning by evaluating plant layouts, facility constraints, capacity, space utilization, operational flows, and future expansion opportunities. It develops conceptual layouts and scenarios to inform project feasibility and strategic decisions before significant capital commitments are made. A central responsibility is ownership of facility and production drawing documentation as a reliable source of truth across the network. This includes governing CAD standards, naming conventions, revision control, repositories, drawing turnover, and as-built updates following projects and facility changes. The engineer supports capital projects from conceptual design through installation and closeout, and helps improve layout standards, documentation practices, and facility-planning tools. Travel is primarily to North American operations, up to 50% of weeks.
