About The Position

MacLean Power Systems (MPS) Stockton, California, is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to ensure the reliability and accuracy of engineering digital systems and tools. This position is based onsite at the Stockton facility. The role serves as a liaison between Engineering and other functional areas regarding engineering systems and includes administering key systems, providing training and user documentation, and completing required documents accurately. The employee must follow 5S standards and all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Oracle JD Edwards or a similar ERP system, Drawing Configurator, and process sheet generation.
Critical reasoning, solution-based thinking, and research skills.
Ability to complete complex tasks with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between Engineering and other functional areas regarding engineering systems.
Administer engineering systems, including JDE (ERP System), SolidWorks PDM Vault, Drawing Configurator (Realtime design), and process sheet generation.
Provide training and user documentation for engineering systems.
Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
Adhere to 5S standards, including maintaining a clean work area.
Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
