About The Position

Lead the specification and delivery of facility and infrastructure to support Ford product programs, from simultaneous engineering through program launch for all Global sites. This is a building and facilities engineering position responsible for leading planning and oversight of equipment installation, design of facilities and infrastructure to support manufacturing equipment, and direct lead of support equipment launch and commissioning. The role involves working as part of a diverse team with process, safety, controls, Ford Land, and plant engineers as well as external engineering and installation contractors to successfully launch manufacturing systems. The position also requires driving, tracking, and reporting status and progress to peers and leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading planning and oversight of equipment installation
  • Experience in design of facilities and infrastructure to support manufacturing equipment
