About The Position

The Manufacturing Execution Optimization Specialist will identify operational inefficiencies, design data‑driven solutions, and partner with leaders to implement sustainable change. Success in this role requires strong problem‑solving skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence at all levels. This role focuses on identifying, standardizing, and implementing best practices across order entry, production, and shipping processes within a site and complex. The successful candidate will drive improvements that strengthen capacity management, order management, production execution, and shipping workflows—ensuring alignment with broader initiatives led by other Business Excellence Services teams. Work is highly collaborative and occurs within a team environment that includes process experts from major functional areas.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business improvement, operations, consulting, or program management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
  • Hands‑on experience with Kiwiplan tools and related production planning systems
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, order planning, scheduling, and fulfillment processes
  • Demonstrated success improving throughput, shipment performance, and on-time delivery in-full (OTDIF).
  • Experience working with leaders at plant, complex, and regional levels
  • Background in change management or organizational development

  • Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)

Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization — Analyze end‑to‑end workflows, uncover bottlenecks, and redesign processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Data‑Driven Insights — Use quantitative and qualitative data to diagnose issues, model scenarios, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Change Leadership — Lead cross‑functional initiatives, build alignment, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Performance Measurement — Define KPIs, track progress, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement Culture — Coach teams on problem‑solving methodologies to embed improvement mindsets across the organization.
