About The Position

As an Manufacturing Specialist - Material Plan & Execution, you will be responsible for managing master planning, material processes, and systems. You will prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs, ensuring operational alignment with production plans and KPIs. You will also optimize inventory and drive process improvements across the unit. You will be responsible for exchanging data and information to address interaction concerns and drive improvements in products, processes, and procedures. You will also handle standardized manufacturing processes and implement updated procedures from other functions. This role involves leading a small manufacturing unit or part of a larger unit with a budget exceeding $1.5 million.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
  • A minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Capability of leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.
