The Manufacturing Engineering Technician will be responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and supporting manufacturing equipment. This role involves diagnosing and resolving issues with manufacturing equipment, tooling, and processes to minimize downtime and support production. The technician will collaborate with Engineers and Operations on activities from concept development to production implementation, and assist in the design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of tooling, fixtures, and production equipment. Key responsibilities include creating and updating standard work instructions and process documentation, assisting with process validation, and participating in continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, and waste elimination. The role also involves training production employees, supporting production launches and process changes, collecting and communicating issue-related information, and assisting with CNC manufacturing support. A willingness to learn CAD/CAM software is expected. The technician must follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
