Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
One year of experience in a manufacturing, electronic, or engineering environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Review drawings and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and interface with mating assemblies.
Write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation using plain language for Manufacturing to repeatedly produce products.
Assist in prototype builds of new assemblies and conduct training for staff.
Identify process improvements to enhance quality, improve productivity, or reduce costs.
Initiate and assist with implementation of Engineering Change Notices.
Understand and perform programming and operational functions for key equipment: AOI, Pick and Place, Wavesolder, Aqueous Cleaning, Reflow Profiling, Screen Printers, X-Ray, BGA Rework, etc.
