About The Position

This is an onsite role working first shift, Monday–Friday with flexible start times (6:00am–4:30pm window). The Manufacturing Engineering Technician III will help improve manufacturing equipment, fabrication processes, and safety systems to support sustaining and growth efforts. Their work will impact production tooling, equipment reliability, and new product introductions while collaborating with engineering, operations, and facilities teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience
  • Factory / machine shop equipment maintenance experience
  • Advanced fabrication and assembly skills including MIG/TIG welding and sheet metal work
  • Advanced knowledge of industrial systems: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, high-pressure compressed gas, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to identify problems, formulate solutions, and execute them
  • Ability to create and maintain project timelines, priorities, and goals
  • Able to read, follow, and create documents, schematics, and blueprints
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD tools
  • Demonstrated teamwork, role-model behavior, and ability to promote positive change

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise to develop and improve engineering solutions for manufacturing new and existing products
  • Create, upgrade, monitor, and maintain production tools, equipment, and limited infrastructure
  • Use established procedures to analyze issues, make judgments, and implement solutions
  • Exchange technical information clearly and verify understanding with stakeholders
  • Support facilities and equipment maintenance as needed
  • Work within standardized procedures, requirements, and safety policies to meet objectives and deadlines
  • Maintain organized records of work performed and exercise independent judgment on matters of significance
  • Be available for occasional nights, weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as necessary
