About The Position
Join Centro and help build the manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools that support products used by some of the world's leading companies. As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you'll work hands-on with manufacturing equipment, fixtures, welding, CNC programs, and process improvements that drive quality, safety, and productivity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one year of applicable manufacturing, mechanical, or engineering experience
- MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- TIG welding preferred
- AutoCAD, CNC, machining, or manufacturing engineering experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve manufacturing fixtures, tools, and workstations
- Assist with equipment installations and facility setup projects
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and processing issues using root cause analysis
- Perform fabrication, welding, machining, and mechanical tasks
- Support process improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, and quality
- Assist with CNC programming and engineering projects as assigned
