About The Position

EIT (Electronic Instrumentation & Technology)-Zollner is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Technician I to join our team in our Leesburg, VA location! EIT is a Contract Manufacturer specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services and serves customers in the sectors of Industry, Communications, Aerospace, Defense and Healthcare, and we're proud to build a team of dedicated professionals who take pride in their work.

Requirements

• High School Graduate / Current College Student
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering is preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software and ERP systems
• Working knowledge of Excel and office
• Quoting experience

Responsibilities

• Use customer files to generate quotes for new and repeat assemblies.
• Use various CAD/CAM softwares to create SMT Stencils and PCB Panels.
• Assisting Engineering with machine programming and operation when needed.
• Use of Excel and ERP system to create and review labor quotes.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation, incorporate ECNs
• Work with Program Managers and Production Manager on ready to build status updates.
