About The Position

The Belleville Plant, built in 1975 with over 1000 employees, is P&G’s largest feminine care products manufacturing facility, producing brands like Always Pads, Liners, and Discreet. P&G is an industry leader in innovative production systems and technologies. Managers in this plant have extensive responsibilities covering reliability, quality, safety of equipment and processes, and team motivation. P&G is looking to fill a future Entry Level vacancy for a Manufacturing & Engineering Technical Manager in 2026 to join the team in Belleville, Ontario. This role in the Operations Department requires a hands-on approach.

Requirements

  • This is an on-site position based in Belleville, Ontario.
  • Holding university degrees (Bachelors, Masters, MBA) or in their final year of study in an engineering / technical undergraduate degree (degrees from any discipline will be considered).
  • Flexibility to support an organization that runs 24/7.
  • Applicant must be authorized to work in the location to which they apply, as sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and optimizing production processes, including centerline management and operational stability improvements.
  • Daily co-ordination and support for large teams to realize manufacturing targets.
  • Implementation of new equipment upgrades and product innovation as a startup leader.
  • Technical manager of various manufacturing equipment, processes, and projects.
  • Quality leader for the department, driving quality event investigations, managing CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and ensuring sustainable solutions.
  • Leading loss elimination initiatives focused on reducing scrap, line losses, and performance reliability (PR) losses to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
