P&G is recognized as an industry leader in the development of innovative production systems and technologies. Managers in our plant have far-reaching responsibilities which cover reliability, quality, safety of our equipment & processes and the motivation of the people working in the plant. We are looking to fill a future vacancy for a Manufacturing & Engineering Technical Manager 2026 (Entry Level) to join our team in Belleville, Ontario at our Belleville Plant, starting Summer 2026.

Requirements

  • Preference is given to those holding university degrees (Bachelors, Masters, MBA) or in their final year of study in an engineering / technical undergraduate degree, but will consider degrees from any discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and optimizing production processes, including centerline management and operational stability improvements.
  • Daily co-ordination and support for large teams to realize manufacturing targets.
  • Implementation of new equipment upgrades and product innovation as a startup leader.
  • Technical manager of various manufacturing equipment, processes, and projects.
  • Quality leader for the department, driving quality event investigations, managing CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and ensuring sustainable solutions.
  • Leading loss elimination initiatives focused on reducing scrap, line losses, and performance reliability (PR) losses to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
