About The Position

The Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager leads and coordinates strategic manufacturing projects across multiple Industrial SBU facilities in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The role ensures facilities have the manufacturing capacity, equipment, processes, and infrastructure needed to deliver the annual operating plan while supporting the SBU’s five-year manufacturing strategy. The portfolio typically includes five to ten active projects, such as capital equipment and automation investments, capacity expansions, product transfers, manufacturing process improvements, facility and infrastructure projects, and support for new product development and industrialization. The manager leads projects from concept and business justification through design, funding approval, procurement, implementation, qualification, start-up, and operational handoff. This is an individual-contributor role without direct reports, but it carries significant project and matrix leadership responsibilities across locations. The position works with manufacturing operations, engineering, finance, sourcing, supply chain, quality, EHS, maintenance, facilities, product management, and external suppliers.
