About The Position

The Manufacturing/Engineering Intern will work in one of P&G’s plants, where consumer goods are produced to meet customer expectations for quality, timing, and cost. P&G’s fully automated plants are continually renewed to support innovation and the use of advanced technologies. The internship offers practical experience on the plant floor, where interns encounter challenges, make decisions, and see the results of their work. Interns learn about P&G technologies, standards, and methods, and develop their capabilities through job experience, mentoring, and training. The role provides project ownership and specific responsibilities from the beginning, along with formal training and day-to-day coaching from a manager. P&G describes the environment as dynamic and respectful, with an emphasis on valuing individuals, encouraging initiative, agility, and work/life balance.
