You will learn from and lead Operators, Technicians and Mechanics to grow your coaching, team building and people-development skill set. You will manage programs to gain experiences of capital project ownership, new system startups and / or initiative leadership. The fast-paced MEA full-time rotational program consists of 18 months of development, focused on preparing MEAs for technical skill development and people leadership experiences in both Manufacturing and Engineering. MEAs will be placed in one manufacturing plant location for the duration of the program. At their program's completion, MEAs will be placed into a full-time role in manufacturing leadership or engineering based on a combination of business need and personal interest.
