About The Position

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the development, improvement, and maintenance of manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The role works closely with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and solve technical problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic data analysis.

Nice To Haves

• Lean Six Sigma certification or similar training.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and document manufacturing processes.
• Support production by troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased throughput.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and support continuous improvement projects.
• Work with design and engineering teams to ensure products are manufacturable and cost-effective.
• Specify, test, and support installation of new equipment and tools.
• Create and update work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
• Train production staff on new processes, tools, or equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
