About The Position

This role supports daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to improve safety, quality, and delivery. The Manufacturing Engineer will analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and support data-driven decision-making. This position involves developing, maintaining, and improving manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and fixture drawings. Additionally, the role will lead capital equipment projects to specify, source, qualify, and implement new equipment and technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in engineering
  • Zero (0) years of applicable experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • An ABET-accredited engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing is preferred.
  • Internship or Co-op experience in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Data analysis capabilities using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Minitab
