About The Position

Join us as a Manufacturing Engineer and lead a team dedicated to operational excellence. You'll drive process improvements, optimize maintenance strategies, and ensure our manufacturing operations run at peak efficiency. Lead manufacturing and validation of first of kind low-voltage switchboard applications from concept through implementation and production launch. Support launch projects, determine cost estimates, design concepts and engineering criteria along with conceptual process layouts for given project Drive continuous improvement initiative using Lean, Six Sigma and industry benchmarks. Support process tooling, fixture and equipment design, purchase, and maintenance Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions, validation and qualification. Partner closely with other engineers, designers, maintenance, supervisors and hourly line associates to effectively solve manufacturing issues, implement solutions and support continuous/safety improvements Support data center customer programs and ensure production readiness and successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) is desired
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operation, or industrial engineering
  • Strong desire to work with people, on the manufacturing floor and with customer interface, excellent follow-up, and execution skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with data, problem resolution and project management.
  • Proven leadership ability with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills that address both routine and complex operational challenges
  • Excellent communication skills that bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset that fosters trust and drives results across departments
