Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years writing manufacturing work instructions.
- At least 6 years hands-on experience with machining and assembly processes.
- Proven track record in process documentation within manufacturing environments.
- 6+ years proficiency with Windchill PLM.
- Safety shoes required on the shop floor.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced statistical process control knowledge.
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive work instructions for diverse manufacturing operations.
