Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering
• Proven background in machined part manufacturing
• Demonstrated success running cost reduction and efficiency projects
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively on the production floor

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Mazak NC machines
• Experience in root cause and corrective action analysis
• Proficiency in statistical process control for manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review machining processes on the production floor to identify inefficiencies and eliminate waste
• Collaborate closely with shop floor machinists to streamline workflows and resolve complex manufacturing challenges
• Lead cost reduction and process improvement initiatives, delivering measurable outcomes
• Serve as a communication bridge between production, quality, and NC programming teams
• Implement and support continuous improvement practices to meet production and quality goals
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols
