About The Position

At Seakeeper, we use advanced technology to solve one of boating's biggest challenges: motion. From our industry-leading gyrostabilizers that eliminate boat roll to Seakeeper Ride's real-time vessel attitude control system, our products are transforming how people experience life on the water. Our mission is to create products that transform the boating experience while building an organization that employees want to work for, customers want to buy from, and vendors want to partner with. We're ambitious, fast-moving, and constantly looking for better ways to serve our customers and each other. This role offers the opportunity to own a critical piece of the puzzle — from designing fixtures and tooling to optimizing CNC programs — with real influence over how we build our industry-leading gyrostabilizers. You will work across disciplines and departments, gaining broad, hands-on exposure that accelerates your growth as an engineer. Join a tight-knit team that trusts you to bring good ideas to the table (and recognize them from others), inside a company that’s still writing its growth story. Gain hands-on exposure to the manufacturing of a complex electro-mechanical system, helping to accelerate your growth as an engineer.
