MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

Kalamazoo Fabricating•Garland, TX
•Onsite

About The Position

This is not a desk engineering role. This is where engineering meets reality. At Triple/S Dynamics, this role owns the gap between design and production, ensuring that what gets engineered can actually be built efficiently, correctly, and repeatedly. You will be on the floor, working with fabricators, assemblers, and vendors to eliminate problems, improve processes, and drive manufacturability into every job. This role replaces a long-tenured problem solver who knew how to make things work. This role will build that capability into a repeatable, high-performance system. If you are the type of engineer who sees a bad process and fixes it immediately, you will thrive here.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  • 3+ years in manufacturing or production engineering
  • Strong understanding of fabrication processes (welding, machining, forming, assembly)
