About The Position

The Manufacturing Engineer (Level 2) will be part of the Production Engineering Team, responsible for driving process excellence in Grand Prairie machining operations. This role involves developing, improving, and investigating manufacturing processes to eliminate defects and meet production goals. The engineer will also interface with program and functional stakeholders to drive production targets.

Requirements

1+ years of related experience
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology or similar field
Experienced with tooling (fixtures, cutters, and other manufacturing equipment) and CNC machining processes
Experience reducing defects and increasing productivity/throughput
Proven track record of data driven approach to solving problems
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

Familiarity of inspection equipment and processes
Experience with root cause and corrective action investigations
Ability to work as part of a team to reach objectives
NX / Creo / Windchill / SAP / S4 Hana experience
Strong communication skills
