About The Position

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing CNC programming and troubleshooting for new capital equipment, becoming a process expert through hands-on machine rundown and setup, and offering training support to technicians. You will also assist with process documentation for new processes and equipment, and lead investigations to resolve tooling and fixturing issues. Additionally, you will support the Manufacturing Project Engineer in preparing and validating new assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (or high school/associate's degree).
• 3-5 years of experience.
• CNC Operation
• CNC Programming
• Microsoft O365
• Project Management
• Data Analysis
• Root Cause Analysis
• New capital introduction / new asset installation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNC programming and troubleshooting for new capital (machining assets) introduction.
• Hands on, rundown on machine and setup (become the process expert).
• Provide training support for technicians once mfg process is in place.
• Assist with process documentation for new processes & equipment.
• Lead investigation to resolve tooling and fixturing issues.
• Support Manufacturing Project Engineer to run new assets preparation and validation.
