About The Position

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll convert bold product designs into stable, repeatable production—protecting quality, sharpening cost, and keeping output surging. You’ll lead process development and continuous improvement across machining/assembly, create and sustain work instructions, routings, and standard work, and drive PFMEA/control plans plus root-cause corrective actions. You’ll partner with Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to qualify tooling/equipment, validate changes, and roll out updates with minimal disruption.

Requirements

• Mid-level manufacturing engineering experience in an industrial environment
• Hands-on process optimization
• Tooling/fixture support
• Strong documentation habits
• Solid problem-solving (RCA)
• Data analysis
• Change control discipline
• Clear communication with shop-floor teams and engineering stakeholders
