About The Position

In this role, your responsibilities will include supporting daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to improve safety, quality, and delivery. You will analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, process flows, and fixture drawings. You will also lead capital equipment projects to specify, source, qualify, and implement new equipment and technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelors in engineering
• Zero (0) years of applicable experience
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• An ABET-accredited engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing is preferred.
• Internship or Co-op experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• Data analysis capabilities using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Minitab
