We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to backfill a key role providing manufacturing support to engine builds and testing, fully on-site in Mossville, IL. This role offers a blend of desk and direct hands-on experience with engines, exposure to R&D, and the opportunity to learn internal manufacturing systems while working alongside a diverse team that includes production workforce members and engineers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred.
3-5 years of engine experience preferred.
Associate’s degree will be considered with 6+ years of relevant experience.
Strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach to work.
Tool design and standard work development experience.
Engine or testing experience.
AutoCAD experience.

Responsibilities

Provide manufacturing support to engine builds and testing.
Develop and maintain standard work documentation; design tooling and manage tooling orders.
Conduct BIQ walk-backs to support manufacturing quality and process improvement.
Work directly with mechanics and technicians in a collaborative team environment.
