The Manufacturing Engineer reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and is responsible for assisting with the implementation of new manufacturing processes and projects at the plant level. This role ensures customers receive world-class technology and processes, and that existing tooling and welding processes perform to expected levels and achieve quoted rates. Functions include buildings, construction, new equipment, equipment maintenance, and assisting with the setup of assembly, manufacturing, stamping, and/or welding processes. The role involves working with departmental staff on new product launch activities to meet customer and company milestones, including budget, quality, and performance, and improving plant production facility efficiencies and equipment layouts.
