About the job you're considering: As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a key role in optimizing manufacturing systems and processes. Your work will directly influence productivity, quality, and operational excellence across our clients’ industrial environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Aerospace or automotive experience
  • Manufacturing process experience
  • Ability to follow the production line
  • Experience in continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles

Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously improve industrial engineering strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and balance assembly line workflows and manpower requirements.
  • Define and implement working standards, position configurations, and pace adjustments to support production changes.
  • Conduct time studies, analyze value-added activities, and identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, defect rates, and operator productivity.
  • Lead and support Kaizen workshops to solve problems and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles and diagnostic tools (e.g., VSM, material flow analysis, capacity analysis).
