Requirements

Experience in high-volume manufacturing within a Tier 1 automotive environment.
Strong command of PFD (Process Flow Diagrams), time studies, line balancing, and P-FMEA.
Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and its application in manufacturing.
Strong understanding of operational metrics — OEE, MTTR, MTBF, cycle time, throughput, yield, etc.
Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and digital manufacturing principles.
Mechanical Product development.
3-5 Years of experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience in high-volume manufacturing within a Tier 1 automotive environment. Tier 1 automotive suppliers operate with tight margins and aggressive schedules, which demands manufacturing and industrial excellence.

Responsibilities

Define, design, and deliver manufacturing processes for complex assembly products from conceptual phase through full production scale-up.
Analyze product designs and provide actionable Design for Manufacturing (DFM) recommendations.
Write technical specifications and manage vendors through full equipment commissioning.
Manage the end-to-end manufacturing development lifecycle: concept → process design → validation → ramp → full production.
