Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T
- Exposure to CAD software (Solidworks, AutoCAD)
- Willingness to ask questions and learn from experienced engineers
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
Responsibilities
- Assist in improving manufacturing processes
- Support daily production operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with engineering drawings, tooling, and workflows
- Help update SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
