About The Position
Work on the floor to make a next-generation, AI-driven module line run faster, cleaner, and to spec — process improvement, throughput, yield, and standard work on live production.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Interest in high-volume manufacturing and process optimization.
- Comfortable working on a production floor.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support process engineering across stringing, layup, lamination, framing, and testing.
- Analyze yield, throughput, and downtime data and propose improvements.
- Help develop standard work, fixtures, and continuous-improvement projects.
- Partner with operators and quality on root-cause and corrective action.
