About The Position

The Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial develops safe, efficient manufacturing processes, tools, fixtures, layouts, and initial form setups, and supports the execution of varied manufacturing processes. The role solves manufacturing challenges for Clark Pacific operations by researching and developing tools, processes, machines, and equipment, and integrating facilities and systems to improve current procedures. The engineer seeks to optimize capital expenditures while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Be safety conscious at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform capacity-versus-demand calculations.
• Develop tools, processes, and technology to support plant operations.
• Develop tools and workflow-specific processes to improve manufacturing and product delivery efficiency.
• Identify plant constraints and develop solutions to overcome them.
• Maintain a safety-conscious approach at all times.
• Manage projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with staff, projects, and proprietary information.
