This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. As part of a small and agile engine test team, you will provide manufacturing engineering support for component development and acceptance test campaigns for rocket engine subcomponents. Your day-to-day work will center on developing and releasing work instructions for hardware swaps and daily test operations, managing test plans, tracking hardware configuration and inventory, and documenting non-conformances — all to keep test campaigns moving safely and efficiently. Beyond daily operations, you will research and develop improved methods, tooling, and systems to increase test cadence and reliability. You will define and support test article maintenance, inspection, and repair activities, provide technical direction to on-site technicians, and interface with cross-functional partners including design engineering, test operations, and supply chain. Your contributions will directly support the development, qualification, and flight of Blue Origin's world-class rocket engines.
