Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- This job requires a U.S. Person.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to carry out process optimization
- Ability to design and analyze experiments
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite software
- Understand Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Experience in the Aviation industry
- SAP Proficiency
Responsibilities
- Owns processing responsibility for a part or part family / cell.
- Provides technical support serving as liaison between Value Streams, Quality Assurance, EH&S and Design Engineering.
- Leads capital project management initiatives.
- Develops new manufacturing technologies.
- Leads assigned project(s) to further drive cell improvement.
- Creates/Updates standard work as needed.
- Improves overall efficiencies of flow and operations.
- Communicates and collaborates with manufacturing engineers, production leaders, maintenance, purchasing, quality, production operators, design engineers and program management.
