Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • This job requires a U.S. Person.

  • Ability to carry out process optimization

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Understand Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Experience in the Aviation industry

Responsibilities

  • Owns processing responsibility for a part or part family / cell.
  • Provides technical support serving as liaison between Value Streams, Quality Assurance, EH&S and Design Engineering.
  • Leads capital project management initiatives.
  • Develops new manufacturing technologies.
  • Leads assigned project(s) to further drive cell improvement.
  • Creates/Updates standard work as needed.
  • Improves overall efficiencies of flow and operations.
  • Communicates and collaborates with manufacturing engineers, production leaders, maintenance, purchasing, quality, production operators, design engineers and program management.
