About The Position

Tenstorrent is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Manufacturing Engineering Co-op to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will support new product introductions, contribute to global manufacturing operations, and help maintain high quality standards across production builds. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work onsite to support hands-on manufacturing activities. This role is onsite, based out of Toronto, ON.

Requirements

Familiarity with failure analysis concepts, root cause analysis, and basic manufacturing principles
Ability to document processes, data, and findings clearly and accurately
Comfort working with technical tools such as Excel, CAD, or statistical software (e.g., Minitab)
Strong written and verbal communication skills to support supplier and internal collaboration
Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to balance precision and big-picture thinking
Collaborative team player who communicates clearly with engineers, suppliers, and cross-functional partners
Curious and proactive, with a strong interest in manufacturing, quality, and process improvement
Methodical problem-solver who approaches challenges with critical thinking and structure
Ability to work onsite to support hands-on manufacturing activities

Responsibilities

Support new product introductions
Contribute to global manufacturing operations
Help maintain high quality standards across production builds
Investigate manufacturing failures and product defects in a real-world production environment
Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and support operational efficiency
Gain exposure to engineering project workflows, including new product introductions and process upgrades
