About The Position

RBC Lubron Bearing Systems, Inc. is a world-class manufacturer of self-lubricating bearings used in infrastructure, architectural, nuclear power, offshore marine & hydropower applications. All-Power Manufacturing is the leading manufacturer of aerospace precision bushings, spacers and machine parts. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Company training program and work in all areas of the organization, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, and sales. The individual may travel to our Corporate Office in Connecticut for a few weeks of training, and may have an opportunity to spend some time at one or two of our other facilities. Responsibilities will include hands-on projects, as well as presentation of those projects to the management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Products.
• Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD/related programs.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization; both verbally and in writing.
• Great attitude and a desire to learn about all aspects of a Manufacturing Company.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) or a Foreign Person for whom a license is obtained due to ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities
