Requirements

  • High School Degree, with at least five (5) years of experience on Administrative Tasks.
  • Associate degree in Secretarial Sciences, Business Administration and or two (2) years of experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Bilingual
  • Excellent skills in PC programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point and access.

Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of administrative duties of moderate confidential nature.
  • Types documents, prepares presentations, brochure, promotion material generated by Operations Leaders to be distributed and utilized internally and externally consistent of either technical or confidential nature.
  • Assist in the training of manufacturing personnel as required. Prepare training packets and materials; coordinate training room requirements and other miscellaneous preparations.
  • Training records and other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly production reports such as efficiency, scrap, productivity and inventory tracking, close puncher orders as requested.
  • Request orders from planning.
  • Perform DHR Maintenance and production analysis in order to keep the efficiency in a 100%.
  • Perform DHR audits.
  • Assist in the maintenance and editing of personnel time sheets, distribute weekly payroll statement for first and second shift.
  • Coolant Change coordinator, set up the external resources and internal resource in order to perform coolant system maintenance.
  • Organizes and expedites daily clerical requirements as answer telephone, screen calls, answer routine matters, arranges appointments and sets up meeting arrangements, act as a liaison with all levels of personnel.
  • Make the requisitions and place in the system, supplies requested by production department.
  • Comply and support company’s safety policy and procedures including Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 3485 standards, Canadian MDR, and other applicable regulations and all special task request by Area Leaders.
  • Participate in working teams to perform improvements projects if is required by the supervisor or the operations manager.
  • Prepare official documents to be sent to archiving services (Third Party Vendor).
  • Other related duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor.
